Technology Associate
Technology Associates are the lifeblood of our technology program. We understand that in order to have the best performance, we must have the best people, so we've constantly sought the highest caliber tech talent to envision, build, and lead technology initiatives at Hanoverian Capital. You will be joining a community of technologists from across our company who share a passion for technology innovation.
Starting day one, Technology Associates are exposed directly to business problems that have a real impact. Intensive boot camps introducing our technology, our culture, and our investment philosophy will prepare you for that challenge. In your first year, rotations through different positions in the company will provide you with an exposure to a variety of technical and business problems helping you determine a discipline such as architecture, development, technology management, or operations and engineering.
No financial services experience is required. What is required, however, is a genuine curiosity, a commitment to learning, and a passion for making technology have an impact on real business problems.
